Siegelstein tells Spivak that that he referred Ignatz Greenberg some time ago, but Greenberg wrote a letter to his wife lamenting about the fact that he is in a strange place with meager prospects of admission to JCRS anytime soon. Siegelstein asks Spivak to facilitate Greenberg’s admission into JCRS as early as possible because it will lift a great deal of anxiety from Greenberg’s wife and children.

Siegelstein tells Spivak that Greenberg’s treatment would not be effective if he were discharged as sick man during this time of the season.

Prescription note from Dr. Emanuel Friedman to C.D. Spivak. Friedman informs Spivak that Ignatz Greenberg is suffering from tuberculosis and advises Spivak that he should be admitted to the sanatorium.
